These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ggg77 ("ggg77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ggg77.org (the "Platform"). ggg77 operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"), the governmental body responsible for the authorisation and oversight of gaming activities in the Philippines.

ggg77 is designed exclusively for the Philippine market and serves Filipino players aged 21 and above. The Platform offers a range of online gaming products including slot games, bingo, Fortune Bingo, live casino table games, and sports betting — all funded through Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) accounts and supported by Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

This Agreement is effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersedes all prior terms, policies, or agreements between you and ggg77 relating to the use of the Platform. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To register for and use the ggg77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations for all online gaming activities in the Philippines. ggg77 strictly enforces this age threshold and will suspend or permanently close any account found to belong to a person under 21.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of play, unless otherwise permitted under applicable law.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be self-excluded from ggg77 or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator, whether voluntarily or as the result of a regulatory order.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ggg77 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or technology partners.
• You must not be accessing ggg77 from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

ggg77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Submitting false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances pending review, and referral to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities where warranted.

Each individual may hold only one (1) ggg77 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number. ggg77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during or after registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. ggg77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify ggg77 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or security breach affecting your account.

ggg77 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal with your account or any rights thereunder. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate termination of the relevant account(s).

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements, ggg77 conducts mandatory identity verification ("KYC") for all accounts. KYC is required before withdrawal privileges are activated and before certain deposit thresholds are exceeded.

You will be required to submit at least one of the following valid Philippine Government-issued identification documents:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Philippine Passport
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Other government-issued IDs acceptable to ggg77 at its discretion

Submitted documents must be legible, unaltered, and valid at the time of submission. KYC review typically completes within 24 to 48 hours of complete submission. ggg77 may request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient to meet verification standards. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on account functionality or account closure.

ggg77 treats all KYC documents as confidential personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy.

All transactions on the ggg77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ggg77 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfers settle within 15 to 30 minutes during banking hours.
• ggg77 does not charge deposit processing fees for Philippine payment methods.
• Deposits must come from payment accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in funds being returned and account review initiated.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• GCash withdrawals for verified accounts average approximately 8 minutes in processing time. PayMaya withdrawals average approximately 15 minutes. Bank transfers settle on the same business day for requests submitted before applicable cut-off times.
• ggg77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals of significant amounts, in compliance with AMLA reporting obligations.

Any funds deposited into a ggg77 account must be used for gaming purposes on the Platform. Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without meaningful play constitutes improper use and may result in review, reversal, and account suspension.

All games on the ggg77 Platform — including slots, bingo, Fortune Bingo, live casino table games, and sports betting — operate under the specific rules published within each game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between general Platform terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules prevail for matters specific to that game.

ggg77 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by approved testing laboratories in accordance with PAGCOR technical standards. Outcomes are provably random and free from manipulation.

In the event of a game malfunction, error, or technical failure that results in an incorrect outcome or display, ggg77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to players' accounts. ggg77 shall not be liable for wins arising from malfunctions. Results displayed during a malfunction are not binding.

For live casino games, the decisions and actions of professional studio dealers are final and binding subject to applicable house rules. Disputes regarding live dealer outcomes must be submitted to ggg77 support within 72 hours of the relevant game round and will be reviewed against the recorded video stream of the session.

ggg77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, free spins, reload offers, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated in the promotional communication:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use and are subject to abuse prevention measures. Players found to be exploiting bonus terms through systematic or coordinated play designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational intent will have bonus balances forfeited.
• ggg77 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This will not affect bonuses already credited to accounts prior to modification.
• Each promotion applies to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no monetary value until wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• In the event of any discrepancy between the English text of a promotion and any translated version, the English version prevails.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ggg77 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using a ggg77 account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or KYC;
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one ggg77 account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or undisclosed technical defects to generate winnings;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds of crime or fraud;
• Using ggg77 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under Philippine law;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals other than those legitimately permitted by your payment provider;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of ggg77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ggg77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if ggg77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ggg77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ggg77 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the claim arose.

ggg77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability. ggg77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

ggg77 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Your personal data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalised player communications.

ggg77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers operating under binding data processing agreements and with regulatory authorities as required by law, including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

By you: You may close your ggg77 account at any time by contacting support through live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any wagering requirement obligations must be settled, and any remaining balance in cleared funds will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to applicable verification requirements.

By ggg77: ggg77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• A direction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period after request;
• Extended account inactivity, defined as no login for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account protocols apply under PAGCOR rules).

On termination for cause, ggg77 may withhold funds pending investigation. Where withholding is found to be unwarranted, cleared funds will be returned. Funds derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended by Republic Act No. 9487), the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and all PAGCOR implementing rules and regulations.

In the event of a dispute between you and ggg77 arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting ggg77 support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, as applicable under the prevailing regulatory framework.

ggg77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, PAGCOR directive, or urgent security considerations.

Your continued use of the ggg77 Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the changes.
